TIFF not accepted

In trying to solve a pixelation problem, I have scanned in photos with a larger dpi. The 9600 dpi was not accepted by Morpheus with prompt that said "DiB allocation failed. The 4800 was accepted, but the preview of the morph created could not be viewed. When I tried to bring it in again on a new wizard, it failed to load the picture (4800 TIFF) saying "no space for raster buffer" Help please.

You are most likely running out of memory trying to load the pictures.
DPI does not matter, but the actual size in pixels of the TIFFs is what matters, as that is how much memory it takes to load the entire picture at once.
