how to use picture layout

i have 10 photos i am morphing. The photos are not perfect in size and position. i would like to adjust so all the eyes in each picture are at the same level. can individual photos be moved up and down in Morpher? or do I have to edit in Photoshop first?
Also does anyone know how picture layout works?

It is usually easiest to just edit out the pictures to be the way you want, but the Layout feature in the Industrial edition does let you adjust which portions of the pictures are used, and could be used to line up the eyes as you say.

The picture layout feature is what i don't understand Is there a tutorial for it?
