Every time I render a file as an uncompressed avi the the beggining and the end of the video is green, only the morphed frames are true colored. do i have something set wrong?

What version? Have you tried v3.10 from our website?

I am using 3.10, is there possibly something set wrong in my options?

What version of Windows (32/64bit, XP/Vista)?
You can try attaching the JPGs and AML layout file for your morph and sending them to the support address at the top of this page, and they can see if the problem happens for them as well.
