Animation not looking right

I made a animation and when it is showing through the Morpheus program, it looks great but wheni upload it to photobucket or save it on my computer it looks pixaly?! (new word??)
HELP!

You set the render speed/quality tradeoff to the highest value. Put it back to 1.
