It was saying my key was use contact support but i emailed support like a week ago they still have yet to reply i was wonder why and how do i get this fixed :(

All email to support is answered within a few days at the most. Check that you are not blocking the emails or that they are not in your junk/bulk folders.

I did that there is no response from support i have even replied back with the purchase number
