I just purchased the software and trying to activate. I received an email but no receipt. The email contains the following reference "Morpheus Order 1085079616-18934-LP1" and a website link (the rest is blank). Please send receipt and information on how to activate. This purchase is for my company. We have all the usual protections, firewalls, etc. I need to be able to activate the software given this environment. If not possible, I need my money refunded promptly please.

If you receive an email that appears mostly blank, it is a problem with your email client not properly displaying HTML emails. You would need to fix this issue with your email program or view the email as text.

I fixed my email to display HTML. I requested a duplicate from the locate order feature on your website. It worked just fine. I was able to activate my software. Thank you for your help.
