How can I move several dots simultaneously?

I have tried selecting them all using the marque box but it seems all I can do it delete them all.

Needed because I have placed the dots in a few pictures but then want to move the picture to line up the eyes from one picture to the next picture,

Using the select dots tool, you can select as many dots as you want, use shift+select to add to your selection, then you click and drag any of the selected dots to move them all at once.
