I keep getting the following error message when trying to activate my software...

<Error 12007:Name not resolved>

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.

HELP! (please!)

You must be online and without any program preventing normal internet access such as a firewall or proxy in order to activate.

I typed in the activation code #, and got Error 12007 as well.

The computer I want to install Morpheus on does NOT have the internet, but my other computer is hooked up to the internet.

Is there any way Morpheus can be installed [b]WITHOU[/b]T the internet being on the same computer?

You can temporarily connect it to the internet and activate, or you can email support and activate offline.
