i am working with 7 pictures for the first time--after placing and matching dots -when i go to preview the pictures morphing it appears the dots are moving out of place from pictures i already finished--please advise

The dots only move if you move them using the tools on the menu. Perhaps you are deleting or adding new dots while working on the other pictures?

are you saying that i should be usuing the original dots i added from the very first picture of the seven and manipulate them for the other pictures?? Ex if i use 30 dots on the first picture i should continue using the same dots on the rest of them--just manipulate to match---

Yes, of course, when you add a dot to any picture in series of linked morphs, whether there is 2 pictures or 7 pictures, a dot is placed onto every picture at the same time. You only need to Add Dots once, then Move Dots six times.
