Program not responding to my upgrade!

I purchased an upgrade to 3.01 Pro, but the program is not allowing me to use the upgraded tools. I was notified that the upgrade program had installed successfully.

You do not need to install anything when upgrading, as the programs are the same for each edition. If you upgraded from Standard edition to Professional, you just need to enter your new activation code into the program at Help / Activate Morpheus. Check Help / About Morpheus to see the current edition.

Okay, I did go to 'Help' and 'Activate'. I typed in my activation code. Then I tried to use the function for drawing and connecting lines. A window opened that said that feature was available only with the 'Pro' version, and did I want to upgrade? I followed that link, and it took me back to the purchase home page. And the 'lines' icon is now grayed out. Under 'Help- about Morpheus' it states that I have the 'Standard' version! Did my upgrade purchase get lost somehow?

If Help / About says it is Standard still, then you haven't successfully entered your new Professional activation code yet. Please email support using the link above, and include your activation code, so they can look into it more if you continue to have trouble.
