I purchased your software and received the CD but I need the activation code please send me the code to my email

I'm running into a similar issue. I ordered an upgrade of professional online but still have not received the receipt and activation code. There is a locate order option under support to resend the code but when I enter my email address it never arrives, althought it says sent successfully.

I provided an alternate email address but nothing yet. Hopefully today. :(
