Thanks for the help on the firewall? I've contacted my ict services dept and the fire wall is always running throughout the N.T dept of education? We are having similar probs with other internet activations? I mean loading programs onto our computers which require an internet activation. We have found various ways around it eg manual code activations ect Is there another way to activate it? My computer at home activated perfectly. I'm just waiting to hear from ict services? What would you suggest??

Please email support with your activation code for more information. Please keep in mind that if you purchased 1 license and activated on your home computer that you would need to purchase a 2nd license for a work computer.

I only activated it at home to see if I was doing anything wrong at work? I have since found out that it wasn't my falt because my laptop displays firewall is OFF?? The government firewall was stopping the activation?? So now I will buy another license for my laptop, but the problem will still be there?
I've only used this software a few days and I love it? When you enlarge finished morphs etc They tend to PIXELATE? Does the upgraded versions do this also? We use 620 dels and most of my video stuff is done offline using microsoft software? Any hints would be greatly appreciated?

You don't need to disable firewalls completely if you can configure them to simply allow access to Morpheus.exe to get to our website.
If a morph is pixelating, you may be using low resolution source pictures. There is no artificial quality reduction.

I upgraded and got your photo compression pgm, which by the way is cool? But my activation at wrk only allows me to activate the compression ppgm? Why can I actvate this but not the MORPHEUS suit program? I've been in touch with my ict dept and the thought is that if I take my computer home and activate it on line there, I should then in theory be able to use it at work? I'll give that a go? 8)

That would work. You only need internet access one time in order to activate.

:D Instant hook up? Any idea why this is happening at work?? The firewall is configured to allow this pgm?
