unable to upgrade photo morpher

when attempting to upgrade after download instilation starts but half way through I get a error msg code 5 unable to remove file. Have tried to download 3 times with same result. Need upgrade to switch to pro. 3.01

Two things here - first it sounds like you are leaving the program running when trying to install another version. Close the program and it can install just fine. 2nd - You don't need to redownload or reinstall anything to upgrade from Standard to Professional. The download is the same for both, you just enter your new activation code at Help / Activate Morpheus.
