Please help Ive tried EVERYTHING!!

My preview window is faded and I have tried everything to get it back in the window tab and the preview tab, it was working fine last night and I just bought it. PLESE how do I see the preview window again. I even tried to uninstall and install again. :cry:

Go to the View menu and pick Preview if it is hidden.
If it is faded as in "visible but not usable" then it sounds like you have no layout even loaded. Go to File and pick New or Open.

No I did have a layout opened. even if I used a demo layout it was faded... I fixed it though. I had to uninstall it and erase the entire folder from my "C/Drive" I hope this dont happen again but if it does would I have to do all that again? Why did it do this in the first place? :?:
