Does anyone know of a customer service link or phone number for Morpheus Software? I can't find one anywhere and have even gone so far as to contact their partner company Smith Micro Software, which incidentally, has a very good Customer Service Department.
Thanks for any help.

Email?

The only source of customer service I've found is email. Of course, for past week plus, I've been unable to detect a pulse. Keep trying, though. I'm sure a response will come . . . some day.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your response. Do you have an email address for customer support?

Well, you can try what I've used (support@morpheussoftware.net) but I haven't received a reply in several weeks when I was told the rendering bug for the Mac version had been fixed, but hadn't passed QA, yet. I tried locating the phone number for Morpheus in Santa Barbara -- no luck. Don't really know what else to tell you. I am hopeful they can reply because they are so busy knocking out the bugs for us. But, then, I am such a cockeyed optimist! Good luck!

We do not provide any support by phone, and I doubt any number you call goes to anybody at our offices. The PR person isn't the same company as us and probably hates getting calls not about doing PR. We answer all questions here on the forums as quickly as possible, and also provide support by email using the link above for questions where you wouldn't want to post private information in the forums such as your activation codes.

Great, Ark. I don't want to talk to a PR type. PR is my game and I know you can't trust a word from our mouths. So what is Ark's estimate on a fix for the Mac version? I realize Mac is changing its system OS more often than my ex-wife changes hair color, but surely you've made some headway. Please? Thanks for any estimate. I'm in a real bind and may have to learn Quark Interactive. I'm getting too old for complicated stuff. Thanks!

There is a v3.01 OS X version which will hopefully be out this week.
Plans are that the next release (v3.10) will include the Industrial edition features and also change system requirements to OS X 10.4.0+ in order to use Core Video instead of the more crash-prone ancient method of accessing Quicktime.

Thank you, ARK! I downloaded the update as soon as my email advised me of its posting. It works beautifully! It's simple and fast and does everything you said it would. Again, thank you! Simpletons like me need something they can use and not spend days or weeks (if ever) learning. Thank you!
