It downloaded the wrong program???

I purchased and downloaded Morpheus Photo Mixer v3.01. Everything went fine but when I went in to start my project the only thing the program would do is morph the photo. (like mix a dog with a baby's face) What I need it to do is replace the face of the dog with the baby's head. (for example) I've read everything I can possible read about the program and it claims be able to do this. So I'm not sure if I have the wrong program or if there's some opition to switch in the program to make it possible to do? I don't know but I need help!

But that's not what I want to do! I want to cut off the dogs head and replace with a childs head no morphing about it! Does that make sense?

Morpheus Photo Mixer does not create any morphs. Morphs are animations of one picture turning into another. You can see the help or web site for Morpheus Photo Morpher if you want more information about morphs.
Mixes are still images which are created by blending different portions of the two images together in a way that you define with the dots.
