Triangle morph problem

When I first gor the program it did a nice transition between 1st and 2nd photo, My room mate messed with it and now it does this strange triangle morph. I can't find anything in help or in the tools. How do I get it back to the normal transition?

It sounds like he just moved all your dots around so that their paths overlap when the morph plays. You'd need to fix it by adjusting the dots back to the way you had them before.
