Morpheus Software Support Forums

I have two accounts one is hotmail.com the other is comcast.net. Using the e-mail route contained in the morpheus software it works fine to the comcast.net e-mail. Using the hotmail.com account nothing goes through. Result of course is that many of my friends have hotmail accounts which makes it useless to try and send them a morph. How do I get around this?

Most likely, hotmail/Microsoft is blocking the email for some reason. There isn't very much either us or you could do about it unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact Microsoft and let them know that hotmail is blocking legitimate email that you want to receive.
