You receive your activation code by email automatically and instantly when you purchase from us on our website. If you purchased in the past, directly on our website, you can use the Locate Order tool under the Support menu on the homepage to have a duplicate email receipt containing your activation code be re-sent to the original email address.
If you purchased from a reseller, you would need to contact that reseller directly to see how they fulfill orders.
