Activation Code Won't Work

I bought my Morpheus Photo Morpher (Yellow Box) at Fry's. When I opened the box and took out the CD, I noticed that the label on back of the CD envelope had "Morpheus Photo Animation Suite - Mac 3.0" followed by a Serial Number.

Since I assumed that this was also the activation code, I used it as such once the program was loaded. I was then informed that this activation code was for a different product.

There is no other number sequence available. My conclusion is that the CD envelope was mislabeled. And now I need an activation code to run the software. Where should I look for that?

We do not produce or sell any boxed version of the software, so if there is any error, you would need to contact that reseller who boxed the software directly to see what the problem is and if they can resolve it for you. In this case, I would suspect the reseller is Smith Micro.

The box says "SmithMicro Software." Is that company to deal with then?[/img]

Yes, Smith Micro would be the reseller in this case, who creates the boxes and CDs and puts the activation codes on them. You would need to contact them or return the box to the store if you can.
