I would like to cancel this order. I bought the package for 59 under the impression that the things I wanted to do where covered, but I would need to upgrade.

for some reason it is not letting me in, is there a phone number i can call to take care of this matter?

I don't follow, what is "it" not letting you in "to"? Your own email program?
All of our support is handled here on the forums or by email at the address shown at the top of this page.

Some windows screen comes up and asks for ID, does your company have a number I can call and get this taken care of. This cannot just be run through the internet, there must be someone I can speak to. Thanks

You aren't really providing any information about what you are doing specifically.
No, I just said, all support is handled here or by email. We do not offer any phone support.

Ok, I click on the support email address above and a box comes up and says it is installing microsoft office outlook. Then a box comes up and asks for user name, id, organization and product key. This should not be this difficult. I am becoming less and less happy with this situation. I do not know why it is bringing this box up, but I do know that someone needs to cancel this.

It doesn't sound like you have any email set up then. If you've never used email or don't have an email program set up, this is not the place to get support. We can only help you use Morpheus Software programs.

I have email. I sent an email actually from the emails i have received letting me know that you posted. Hopefully responding to that, since it is the same address as above will solve the problem. I cannot believe this company has no phone number to speak to someone about this. I really don't want to keep spending time on this matter. This is not a good business practice that you cannot speak to someone over the phone.
