Install on non-networked PC?

My intention had been to install this on a PC with no network connection. I had to install it on a different one to get to the help files and this forum. So, how do I install it on a PC with no network connection? (It's not really that hard to imagine).

PS - there is no indication to be found pre-purchase that Internet access is a requirement.
