Prints of individual frames

Is it possible to make a series of still prints of individual frames?

If you render your timeline to any of the still formats such as JPEG, PNG, or TIFF, you will get 1 file for each frame in your morph.

to place a morph into a homemade DVD Movie (I'm using Roxio DVD Maker) what format do I load the morph to, my options are swf,gif,png,jpg,tif,bmp,tga,xpm, the flash and animated gif does great but uses internet exploer to open it and the png and jpg only give me a set of however many frames are in the morph, or am I doing something wrong?
