According to the web page as listed above I can save files in Flash, AVI, and other popular formats. But the only list files in the save dialog box is .aml.

You are looking at the Save Layout window, not the Render Timeline option. Please read through the help files at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... -to-a-file for more information.
