Activation code not accepted

I am trying to re-install Morpheus Photo Animation Suite V.3.00 Industrial (paid ver), from the back up disc that I purchased from your company. I had a problem with my computer which meant a complete reinstall of Windows XP (SP2) I have tried to install Morpheus but i receive the following message :- "The code you have entered has just been used recently, please contact support if you believe this is in error" can someone please help me to re-install this program ASAP.
