Adjusting Image Size

I am still using the trial version so that I have already done 3 renderings and that is why I can't get an image to view.
I am still trying to determine if Morpheous will do what I need--stitch together xrays that have been generated by my scanner with the resolution of the original xray. Maybe Morpheolus is not what I need. So far I still can't determine is it what I need?
