"render" and get a mpeg movie + multiple pictures

Postby cathadhaka » Wed Oct 18, 2006 10:40 am

Hello,
My questions may seem "duh" to some... but I just bought Morpheus so...

Ok, here is my problem: I just upgraded my Morpheus suite standart version to the industrial version (10 minutes after I bought the standart...)
It says that you can create mpeg files, but when I click on "render timeline" it only proposes to save as "avi", then a pop up proposes some extra formats, I can select a mpeg (don't know which is the right one though!) but I don't get the file (all that is saved is an AVI file!)
How can I get a mpeg?

My other problem: How can I do a morphing from a picture to another one, then another one, etc. (like the young boy animation on the website?)

Hope someone can help!
Take care

I just read an earlier post, where Ark says to choose the "Create a series of morphs using 3 or more pictures" option, but I don't see this option when I start the program. And when I try to drag and drop a picture between "start" and "end", it just replaces one of the pictures!

(I have the industrial Morph suite version)

Anyone has the same problem? Help please!!!

I've found the solution on page 6 of the tutorial!!!
I just needed to "as well as having beginner mode menus unchecked."

Sorry for spaming the forum!

Yes, you need beginner mode menus unchecked to use more advanced features like the Timeline window where you can insert any number of morphs into your layout. However, Morpheus does not support exporting to MPEG files at this time. You can select any codec for your AVI files, including the M-JPEG codec or an MPEG4 based codec like DivX though. You can import MPEG, WMV, and AVI files into your picture boxes to morph movies instead of still pictures as your input files with the Industrial edition as well.
