To any Morpheus Employee monitoring this forum: Help
I bought Morpheus Pro on Dec 15 and never received my license key.
I sent emails to every address on your website and never got a reply.
I just now tried to register with this forum using the same email address
I supplied when ordering and didn't get the registration confirmation
email. Finally I registered using the email address on this account
which is different and did get the registration response. Not sure
what the deal is, I'm certainly getting lots of other email to my
original address and it's not a disk space or mailbox full problem
at my ISP.
Obviously something is either filtering my messages to you or your
responses to me. Can you please reply with a private message in
this forum or to the other email address I sent in my other emails
if you got any of them? The transaction id was 2N0882852L7350314.
I don't know where the messages are spilling out of the internet
but for some reason there's bad email karma between your site
and my mailbox. Or something. Maybe it's some SPAM filter but
if so it's not something I have enabled. Perhaps it could be some
"protection" my ISP has provided. Who knows.
