Your order email is sent automatically, instantly, when you order. If you use paypal, you must provide your address via paypal or the system will not be able to process your order.
You can use the locate order tool from the purchase menu on our website to re-send a duplicate email receipt. Make sure that you or your ISP are not blocking the order email by falsely marking it as spam or bulk mail, which happens with some webmail services. Also make sure that you can view html emails, since the order emails do contain html.
