Delaying morphing of images for a few seconds

Hi All -

I created a simple morph viewable at http://bellinghambikram.com/test_morph.html

Wondering if it is possible to freeze the first image for a few seconds
before it starts to morph into the second image... ?

Any tips or tricks for this?

There is an option in the options window to sit on the ends of the morph for any number of seconds. It will freeze the morph at the first and the final picture both. There is also an option specific to SWF files to make the animation wait until the entire thing is loaded before playing.

You could also use a GIF editor like this one
http://www.webutilities.com/gale/gale_down.htm
to adjust the delay of any frame in the animation after it has been saved to GIF.
